It is a subjective question as I've been with girls bareback in Thailand now for over 13 years, not all the time but things happen when you're pissed and not thinking straight.
Whether I would go bareback with a ladyboy, her arse or mine again is a question it is difficult to answer as things can happen in a split second and then it's too late.
So my answer would be no I wouldn't do it without a condom but with a 'but' on the end, an honest answer from me.

Personally, I think that a condom is a minor inconvenience in return for major peace of mind. To get drunk and not use a condom would lead, for me, to major stress, the next morning. (and perhaps for the rest of the trip). Not worth it.

Luckilyfor me I handle alcohol pretty well and have never been drunk enough to forget to 'suit up' or be tempted not to. The alcohol thing is not a boast - just big build and lucky genetics.

Jon I do think you are a bit nuts not using one. Although you both had Neg HIV tests you are correct about the incubation period. The risk of AIDS isn't something that I would realistically consider. It's actually harder than you think for guys to get aids. But there are some other nasty persistant ailments that are more easily exchanged and those are the ones that make me shy away from having extra sex on the side.
