You dont hear the word "stupid" too often in Thai but they use the expression mai chalat which means "not smart". More often than not they will just stay the falang is crazy which would be falang ba or falang ting tong. I know there are some Issan expressions that would be more accurate and I will find out next time I go to temple here.
