Sending money? Why?

Thailand is probably the best place in the world for some adult fun  

But its also a mecca to all manner of assorted weirdos who probably never see any action back home  

these are usually the ones who fall into the lovestruck madmen bracket

i remember a surreal conversation with a guy who assured me his girlfriend wasnt a real hooker because she worked as a cashier [ unfortunally her nightly barfine was higher than the rest to reflect this   ] so she had a choice and didnt really have to go with customers .

Think of it as the fee for getting their emails and IMs returned. They could join this forum for free, but then they'd be stuck talking to blokes like us. Instead, for a mere 10K baht per month, they get a "REAL LIVE LB" answering their messages.

I every month send money to my Chiang Rai LB-girl

Met her in Pattaya two years ago; send her home where she now lives in her own rented appartment; has motorbike.(which boyke59 pays of course)

I payed for her education and daily needs to become hairdresser/ make-up specialist. Study took more then 8 months but now she is finished, is working and can support her family and herself by what she earns.

Why I tell this ?. If you want not throw your money away; make them go home; plan longtime otherwise i.m.h.o. sending money is just carrying water to the sea.

Thanks for that, RR.... sounds spot on for this crazy farang (who has never sent money).  But I am generous when I'm enjoying the GFE... cause then I know what my friend is doing.... me!   Actually, the TV from Tesco Lotus is still giving hours of pleasure to my favourite LB    (and she unwrapped it in her flat - so I could set it up for her!!! - greedy?  surely not? )
