In this thread there are a number of things mixed up (as usual in the AIDS discussion), which sould be discussed seperately. Before I give you my point of view about this matter, I frankly admit that I'm sleeping with GGs normally without condom, whereas in the (few) occasions I "contacted" trannies, I've always used a condom so far.

1.  HIV:
In my opinion the HIV/AIDS risk is exaggerated enormously in mass media and discussions. It somehow reminds me of the current debattes about "climate change" ... Statistical data have made it pretty clear that there is little risk for a man to acquire HIV from a HIV+ woman by oral, vaginal or anal insertive intercourse. The risk for the receptive woman is indubitably higher, but differs between still very low (oral), low (vaginal) and substatial (though still not imminent dangerous) in case of anal receptive intercourse.

I'm no physician, but, due to my job (economics), I've a lot to do with statistical evaluation of facts. And I always wondered, why there are not much more women affected by HIV, although, theoretically, they bear the higher risk to get it. Evaluating the different risks, it seems to me that the most risky way to get HIV is obviously by receptive anal intercourse, which doesn't amaze me, since both mouth and vagina are naturally designed to receive possibly infectious things or limbs and therefore developed ways of protection, whereas the anus (more precisely: the intestinal mucosa) has no such protections, because it wasn't forced by evolution to develop such abilities.

This explains as well, why the HIV-rates somehow exploded in the 80s, since, before the sexual revolution started, the hetherosexual anal intercourse was something extremly rare in western society (and still is not too common, I guess €” as the low HIV incidence rates of women suggest). And before the new gay movement started in the post-1968 years, there was also a €” more or less €” clear differentiation between "active" and "passive" homosexuals (I'm old enough to corroborate this from what I witnessed as a youngster in the late 1960s/early 1970s). It was only then that "gay" livestyle comprehended a more or less expected "switch" mentality in homosexual relationships with both partners functioning both ways.

It is easy to understand that, given the highly different infection risks of insertive vs. receptive anal intercourse, a behaviour of homosexuals splitting into two groups (viz. "active" and "passive" homosexuals, as it was usual in pre-1968 days) is likely to inhibit HIV incidences, whereas the opposit behaviour will increase them dramatically.

Succus: any guy who fucks a Ladyboy in the "active" way, takes little risk to incur HIV himself. If he is HIV+ himself, he may spread his infection with considerably higher probability. So someone of you knowing he's HIV€“ so far, happens to play the active part without umbrella: don't panic! There is little probability that your AIDS test will be positive 3 months later (or a PCR test which will close the "window" to a small two weeks' slot). Again: don't panic!

If you have played the "passive" part, the incidence risks are considerably higher. Still far below a 100% or even a 50% chance, but still high enough that anyone should reach the undesired statistical result within a short time. For a rough estimate: how long does it take you getting ass-fucked by 50 different men/ladyboys ...

2. Other STDs:
As there are an awful lot of, I confine myself to a few of them:

Hepatitis B: get vaccinated! Later on, make a blood test whether it worked out properly or not (there are non- and low-responders, be careful!).

Hepatitis C: as long as you don't do "bloody" things, the risk is limited. It's still disputed whether e.g. a"cum-shot" in your mouth could transmit it at all. So don't panic too much. If you suspect anything, make a test immediately €” in an early stage it can be healed with a >90% chance!

Syphilis, gonorrhoea: well known, "classical" STDs. By far more likely to get than HIV. You can cure both in most cases, but often with unpleasant side effects ...

The problem with all the diseases mentioned above is that you can't completely avoid risks by using condoms. That's just silly to believe this, unless you confine yourself to a simple insertion of your covered penis (or the other way round) without kissing, touching, licking etc. your partner. But that it's still safer to buy a dildo or a "pocket pussy" instead. And certainly emotionally as satisfactory, I guess ...

Chances are (according to different sources) somewhere between 1/500 and 1/1000. If the "giving" part got infected about 2 weeks ago and is in his primary hiv infection phase and he got other STDs and he came inside you, you might have a serious problem...

I'm never on the receiving side but if I'd be there and would accidently go bareback/ the condom would brake and I got a lot of jizz in my ass... guess how fast I'd be in the hospital, starting a PEP.
