Even if there is 0.1 % risk is a risk you choose , but HIV is not the only STD and even is the worst c-epatite is worst, HPV let be you more vulnerable 4 cancer, and there are few more STD really not good to take.
I think better have sex for long time than risk to have a very unhappy (even long) life with a disease.
Think If you get epatite you cannot drink anymore and you have to be very carefull with so many kind of food, you'll be always tired and your mood for sure will be not good.
