Its crazy to ride bareback, unless you are already infected with hiv.But then you might give it to someone else. Im sure this happens all too often all over the world. If people checked their status and informed everyone they have sex with that they are positive, this might slow down the infection rate. Hep c is another risk from not wearing a condom.

(kathylc @ May 18 2007,05:23) Why, I just do what cums normal for most any female that is not hung up on inhibitions......I bet there are more fems out there that if they would quit listening to what mamma always said would also love a good DP.
Mrs PC loves DP, and while wishing it was safe to bb for both, has never requested or agreed to it, risks are just too much for us both - and our partners...
Agree with everyone who says we are all adults and make our choices, also agree that we should probably all do our bit to minimise risk for everyone...
Each to their own!

am married and would never take the risk of infecting my wife with anything. She does not deserve to get any type of disease because of my "double life".
Not that I wouldn't like to ,as I find condoms a real problem, as they destroy the heat of the moment passion that I enjoy. I would possibly consider it ,if I found an lb to be my exclusive "mistress".nigel69

(Zarek @ Jun. 08 2007,20:44) have anyone got a STD when he got sucked without a condom if a visual check was ok? i always worry about it
as for the poll i think it's madness to fuck anyone in pattaya/phuket without a condom.
As far as I know it's highly unlikely that you will catch any STD by being sucked off.
Why?
Firstly saliva is mildly antiseptic so only the most resistant strains can survive in the mouth.  Ghonoreah is one of these unfortunately  -  but HIV or rather the agent which is suspected to cause it does not.
Secondly as long as you have no cuts or sores on your penis then the skin is very resistant to entry by infectious agents.
Yes I know people say the there are lots of blood vessels in the penis and that the head is a form of mucus membrane  -  but it has pretty much the same resistance as the rest of the external skin.
As for you comment about Pattaya/Phuket? Â It's madness to fuck any bargirl/ladyboy without a condom regardless of their location.
RR.Pedants rule, OK. Or more precisely, exhibit certain of the conventional trappings of leadership.
"I love the smell of ladyboy in the morning."

Mama mia... this interesting thread has really divided people.
But then listen to this, ladies and gentlemen, because it may be that we as socalled ladyboy-lovers are concidered "kinky" by most vanilla people out there, but have you heard the terms "bug chasers" and "gift givers"? They hava absolutely nothing to do with ladyboys (not necessarily anyway) but they certainly have to do with barebacking which is the name of this thread. And I couldn't resist to bring it up, since THAT is "kinky" if not directly "perverted"...
The terms are from very hard core niches within the gay community where HIV+ people (gift givers) have bareback sex with HIV- people (bug chasers) with a deliberate intention of spreading/getting the bug...
I've NEVER heard of stuff like this within the transsexual community, but who knows?
It takes all kinds, I guess...
Peace

i can only think some of the replies are a wind up but for what its worth,
just think say your a 20 something who loves lbs, gg, bargirls etc etc and for the sake of going bback even just once you are going to risk perhaps 50-60 years of fun and frolics? thats a terrible risk.
Ive been to pattaya several times and am planning my first lb experience later this year, but the idea of having unprotected sex in thailand or for that matter anywhere (except with a regualr faithful and tested partner) strikes me as being fantastic in the true sense of the word, ie a fantasy.
omg

But of course, being POZZED by some EVIL gift giving ladyboy who pounds your virgin ass is, obviously, the stuff fantasies are made of ;-)
There are probably certain wicked sado-mascochistic elements in this as well. And maybe so much more. I dunno. But I know that when my transsexual fiancee and I decided to go bb in spite of the fact that we run a risk, I felt an amazing degree of arousal. And when she came in me the first time... that was hot.
None of us are likely to be HIV+, but as we haven't been tested, we cannot know. So... :-) We keep the loads between ourselves, though ;-) It could also have something to do with a feeling of "belonging to each other".
But in the end it may also be the NASTY "welcome to the REAL world", if u get that + test... ooops...
Oh, better stop this controversial subject...
Peace
