My pet peeves about ladyboys boil down to these two (on the top of my head, I might come up with a few later).
1. Phimosis. This is probably my biggest pet peeve about ladyboys. How come that so many ladyboys have this medical condition without doing anything about it? I know that this topic has been discussed in the ATS forums earlier (see links here and here (see pictures in last tread for bad example)), but it is really a turnoff for me when I get this beauty home (or to a hotel room) and it turns out that she has this tight fore skin so she can not pull it back. I have had several experiences that this medical problems causes pain the girl and this dampens the mood for me severely. I have come to the understanding that phimosis is quite a common problem among Asian males (I know, I know, ladyboys are not males, but when we are talking about a medical condition I hope you all can bare with me when I use the word male) so why isn't this taken care off by health check in among young males. It is common that school nurses check young boys routinely for this condition to prevent this problem. Is this a "non-issue" in Thai society since this seems to be such problem among the males (I only go by the percentage of ladyboys I have been with, but this should reflect similar among the rest of the population)?
It should be quite an easy problem to deal with through a minor surgery, also according to some of the forum members that has undergone this procedure.
I cannot see any validation to the views that if it is not a problem, why fix it. Of cause it must be a problem. Several of the girls that have this condition come straight out and say that it is painful (for some severely) when they try to pull the skin back. Some cannot be active if they would like to be because of this problem. And then there is the question about hygiene. How can you clean your tool if you cannot pull the skin back properly and use a lot of soap and water around your head? I have seen girls trying to direct the water spray under the foreskin so they can clean but I would guess that does not do the job well enough.
2. My second pet peeve is pubic hair. I hate pubic hair on ladyboys and GG. It is unbecoming and downright a turnoff. It is such a let down to get someone back to your hotel room and you get her clothes of and you find your self looking at Sasquatch. Here you got a perfect looking girl (no matter what pervasions) with silk smooth skin, beautiful complexion, good make up, a girl that has spent hours on her looks and she has a rainforest below her belly button. Why? Some of this girls spend thousands of baht on their look, nose job, lip job, boob, job, hip implant, hormones regime, hours in the beauty salon and they can not spring for a cheap disposable Bic or Gillette? It is not that I don't like going "weed whacking" my self (see my signature), but I prefer to see the girls know how to take care of them self and know what is sexy and esthetic. God forbid if she has that wall-to-wall ass carpet, so many pretty girls is infected with this condition. Sometimes it looks like Santa's beard back there. Yuck.

my pet hate is pubic hair! I love them shaven, to such an extent that I always ask or check them out if possible before deciding whether to pay bar for them or not!
