I understand your point however this notion that because some guys might be overpaying according to the current market values will increase the prices is just rubbish. I have been hearing this for years and still see no evidence of this happening as a result.

Oh? Then how do you explain that the same girls in Nana Plaza that asked 2,000 LT two years ago are now asking 4,000?
