would have to agree ladyboy started as a thai thing but these days all asians can be called ladyboys.
here in aussie all t girls no matter where they are from are just called trannies we never call our ladyboys here ladyboys just trannies.

Iv'e been pulled up on a few occassions and they have reminded me that there not Ladyboys,,,they are a Ladyman...

I think Ken is actually right we might call them ladyboy but most actually refer to themselves as ladyman
