I saw the Hangover Part II yesterday evening. A BIG part of the plot was about the Dentist (character's name escapes me) having sex with a ladyboy. Plenty of Ladyboy nude scenes, with clearly visible cocks, were in the film.

This movie has just taken a record box office amount for the Memorial Weekend in the States & had huge openings in other markets.
