It's amazing to see all the girls packed into the rafts... Karl's got enough team members to fill out two squads easily!

This is a fantastic thread BB, loving the photos and reportage.

Am I wrong in assuming that the trips are done to fulfill two primary purposes:

1. Team building (creating a team atmosphere amongst the girls and owners of EZY)? and
2. Fulfilling Karl's Visa requirements?

Just curious what the motivation is behind these events.

1 is correct, it is a great way for the new girls to get to know each other. Regarding 2, nothing to do with visa requirements really. Remember these trips are within Thailand, and therefore serve no purpose in relation to extending/renewing Karl's visa.

Overall from what I can observe, the trips are mainly as you said, to make the girls gel and of course they are also great promotion for the bar. Who doesn't want to go on one of these trips when they see how much fun they are. As Ninevives said to me after, "That was the best day I ever had in Thailand"
