Is Emma worth the trip in itself?? My answer has to be NO, as I don't think that any LB is singlehandedly worth the trip in itself. I come to Phuket to have a proper, decent holiday doing the usual holiday stuff with more than a few LBs thrown in the mix.
Also it depends where you come from... if your trip to Phuket is not that long (say, you live in Singapore) then you may even come here for a weekend and it wouldn't be too expensive either. In which case, you may be entitled to think that Emma (or any other LB that you fancy) may be worth the trip.
However if you live in, say, NY, it's one hell of a trip to make... no matter how hot a LB may be (or look in the pictures).
However if you live in the middle of Redneck County, then (no matter how long the trip to LOS is) even the dodgiest LBs that you get in Soi Paradise (and they really are ropey...)  are worth the long trip to Thailand!!

Great answer tally,no-i actually meant the trip once i was in thailand-but i think u covered all the bases.Like you ,i couldnt care what tatoo she sported,its a symbol of good luck all over the east,India also.Thanx again for the great trip report-cheers-travis

All in all it look's like a good trip and it's been fun to dive in to it on occasion. Lets see what the last 2 nights bring on

Surprised you didn't make it down to Soi Croc for some fun when you ran into some strange dealings with Nick.

back home now - it was great to get back (NOT)

Well it started out well, with the Jaffa cakes, and I thought we were going to be in for an afternoon tea treat! But apart from a brief mention of donut, which is hardly afternoon fare anyway, nothing.

This really won't do. I can understand you do not want to mention confectioner's custard in a polite forum like this, but toast? toast! where coud be the harm in that.
