Speaking about a darkened 131, the old place was
open, not that you could tell, there was no-one in there except for a bored barmaid.

I felt like stepping in to have one last nostalgic drink,
it seemed strangely appropriate, until I realised I was missing
one vital piece to make the experience complete. . . .

I simple sign like this one would do. The they could write the name and "grand opening" or whatever they want.

The Soi is nearly opposite the new shopping Mall, on 2nd Road called "The Avenue".

La Bamba is the last bar on your left as you walk down the Soi towards Beach Road
