    well put so very true, obviously i love los but i also love the build up and planning,(can i get a quick 2weeks in in march?)

    i know i will be going back soon and it is the best feeling-so i'd never want to change that

      yeah dropping out of the clouds and seeing bkk is great but for me i know iam there when in the airport i hear the anoncements that start with sawadee ka it allways brings a lump to my throat i know iam home my months of dreaming and waiting are over all be it for a sort time
      i long to live in los

        I have to agree that living here would make it a totally different experience. I know that I would not want to live here, it is just not the life for me. I love Asia, I live in Japan, but most of Asia is great to visit, but you wouldn't want to live there.

        So as long as I keep it as a couple of two week trips a year, it will keep that new car feeling every time I get on that plane.

          Just did that at dawn this morning. And I must agree.

          Was traveling with a buddy who's been here plenty, and at each stage along the way we noted the feelings. But when we stepped out of the airport doors (and I was waiting for this), we just stopped and simultaneously took deep, toxic-filled breaths. And loved every toxin of it.

          It's good to be back, ladies and gentlemen!
