Anicon sneaks in another important piece of advice for the Newbie LB Afficianado. Many BM's might disagree with the philosophy of determining price up front, but I think for a newbie it's crucial. For example, if you want long time you tell her that you want her to stay until X o'clock the following day, and you only pay short time rate if she leaves early.
