The postop lbs I've been with do not prefer anal sex. A few I know have even refused customers if requested it. However that doesn't mean all postops don't like it. I think the ability of a postop lb to have an orgasm with her new vagina may play a factor. If she can still have sensation then she will probably prefer vaginal sex.

One thing to keep in mind is that sensation can take a while to return - it is major surgery and the nerve endings take time to regenerate and reconnect. Also as previously mentioned proper care is required to maintain their new vagina - regular dilatation for several months is a must to keep the vagina open.

I have been with about 10 post ops in my time and so far only one could cum. Although she could really cum and my sheets were soaked afterward, and no it was not urine.

A couple of others told me they could cum just not all the time and the rest told me they could not cum at all.

I am sure the operations keep improving but I have only seen one of those who I have been with and thought had a realistic vagina the others I could pick easily.
