couple of bad experiences i have had although not in thailand. in amsterdam.

if you are asking about KC3, yes there is a barfine there. In January the barfine was 500 Baht, and I imagine it should be the same now.

When SB was talking about "freelancers", he is actually referring to the non-salaried ladies. They don't get a salary and so don't have to come to work 6 nights a week. This works well for the ladies who are students and want to work "part time" and earn cash for their studies, etc.

The typical setup for a bar is that the ladies get a basic salary of around 7k-8k a month, a portion of any lady drinks that are bought for them (just a few baht), and of course whatever is negotiated between her and her customer. Most go go bars have quotas and if the lady does not meet the quota, her salary gets deducted. There are also deductions for not coming to work, coming in late, etc. etc.

The "freelancers" don't get a salary, don't get a share of the lady drinks, they strictly make money from the punter who takes her ST or LT.

This is why KC3 can have some real stunners some nights (typically the weekends) and other nights only a few - and of course the difference in the amount of pre/postops on a particular night.

I am very concerned to hear about the drugging incident at KC3 - that's bad stuff, and I hope the bm is ok. I suppose it may be pointless to report it to the management, but it might be worth a try. They may not want this to spread around on the net and might actually do something about it.
