I think your creating an Urban Legend here.  I don't doubt that it may happened once or twice on rare occassions (after a LB has been provoked). However,  it not believable that this activity  takes place on any regular basis.  Number one I assume it would not feel good to the LB.  And Number Two I think those in the P4P arena and are doing what they are doing in order to survive and don't think they are that passive aggresive.  A lot of the LBs I have met seem to be fairly devot Bhuddists and I think sticking someone's toothbrush up you ass would burden you with bad karma.
