I understand that the best results occur when a girl already has some fat in the breast area - usually when they have been taking hormones for an extended period.

Secondy the implants are placed behind the fat under the breast area rather than being placed directly under the skin and thus above the fat.
The former I believe is a more difficult and expensive operation but the diference is obvious.

Well first off I love tits, fake, real, hormone ect ect. They all have their on type of hotness as far as I am concerned. But I must say I have a special place for those really oversized Im a sex worker implants. Something about being so out there about it, is a turn on for me.

Probably because male chests aren't made for tits , they are made for hair and muscles .

Going against nature could create monsters as long as wonders but sadly the passing of time will put them all together under the freaks category.

Chosing the right butcher could reduce the random factor a lot belive me...............

well my i guess it depends on the person, some girls can pull big breast and look so fine..
but some also have it not so fit with their body frame, even it's small size..
seems like the curvy girls will looks better with breast then the skinny one..
but personally, breast built confidence on girls.. and feel more comfort as any outfit will be
fit on the girls...
