Sorry guys and gals. Most of these boob implants people are getting really scare me.
When it comes to beauty, its my opinion that these people are going backwards.

Its also my opinion that is very rare to see boob implants that acutlly look naturally Hot & Sexy.

Only in our minds Mirimark...I'm selfish like you and I personally prefer hormone breasts...

But in their minds they are becoming more feminine...
They are also ensuring that they avoid mandatory military duty without having a mental illness tag following them for the remainder of their lives...

So I like silicone if only because it really changes how the girl views herself...Which in my mind is a good thing...

I think implants are great as long as the girls stick to nothing larger than a B cup. B cup breasts are a gorgeous size and look very natural. If you combine that with a hormone regimen that shapes the body you have one very sexy and hot ladyboy.

Otherwise...I prefer a sexy and natural femboy any day...like my avatar.

There is a LB that I have been with a few times, named Cake. Sometimes works at Obsessions. Was on hormones, had the cutest pair of hormone titties. Very popular I think. Anyway, in Feb she went and got tits. They're slightly too big, one of them is too hard, they are not 100% even. When I saw her 2 days ago, she was talking about getting the left one fixed or even about having them removed. Simply a waste of money. Plus, I don't like fake tits, so if she wasn't such a nice screw, she would have lost a customer.

Some feel good/natural some don't. Anything bigger than C is usually too big. Perhaps some don't do enough massage after the implants.

I had seriously considerd getting them at one time. I am not all that large topside and thought it would help if I had larger tits. But help what? I have a perfectly fine life now and have yet to have any guys or gals tell me I have too small of tits.

I have been with a few women with and without implants and while large tits may be a turn on for most, tits that are large form implants just suck when you get down to exploring them. They look better covered up in a top that shows cleavage or in a sexy bra, than they do bare.

Small tits have thei rplace and a lot of women / LB look perfectly fine if not outstanding with small tits than larger ones. SO I have to say I am against implants unless of ocurse that person feels having a small chest is hurting them in regards to being socially acepted etc. We all know though that for most LB's bigger tits is not for social acceptance as much as it is patron attention..or owudl that really also be counted as social acceptance in their world?

I like them as natural looking as possible. Those that are too large for the body type are just stupid looking. Even when they get the proper size then there is the issue of who does the surgery. Take a look at some of the models on this site and you will see what I mean. Off center nipples, one nipple higher than the other, boobs not the same size, the list goes on. You get what you pay for and I'm afraid that some of the LB's try to save some Baht and go to a less qualified Doctor.
