Agree with most here that they are ok if they look natural and not too large. Techniques have improved, but there are still the cheaper end quacks around who end up giving a porr job (you get what you pay for I guess). Girls that dont have a passable face need them to compensate for being masculine.

The problem is that real Thai girls dont have large breasts, which can make the LB's in Thailand look less natural. I think small C cups can look great on a girl, as long as they are done under the muscle and not silicone. They need that teardop look. Mosquito bite hormone tits are not enough, they need to do hormones for a long enough time that the tits start to take some shape as if they look like a Thai girl with small tits. As if you guys havent hear this word enough, its on a continuum. The girls with perfect passable faces have less a need for tits than the LB's with muscular bodies and not-so-pretty faces.

I can point out three girls in my reports without fake tits with extremely passable faces....Top from Guess Bar for starters. A lot of times you just have to get them a few months before they get a sponsor to pay for them....it's also surgery and a lot of girls hold off for a while longer as they can get barfines without them. I think its a matter of balance, on a tall girl big implants can look fine - think back to Lisa from Cascades who had an incredible body - but on a smaller girl then its got to be hormone tits every time.

This of course is one of those statements that gets blown out of the water when you stroll into a bar in LOS and   takes control of your mental faculties!

What is the rate of shrinkage of hormone breast over time? I know that if the lb takes it for only a couple of months everything disappears. How long do the breasts lasts if they've developed for 2,3,4 years etc? Can the dosage be lowered so that the lb can maintain acceptable breast size and a functioning penis?

I've seen a girl on 1 diane per day and 1 HRT tab (phiippino) that had been on for about 6 years and had great tits and functioned well.

Just curious for any insights as I me or my lb gf don't want dead wood, nor long term health risks.
