    Only about 2% of all of the ladyboys I have seen in Thailand have a beautiful/passable face....those girls only need hormone tits that give the teardrop effect. The rest of the girls need implants, albeit in the 250cc category and done by a good surgeon.

    I dont understand how some of you have no problem fucking a ladyboy with a man's chest and zero hormone impact. As long as they look like a flat chested Thai GG, then its ok but a complete man chest puts them in the femboy category, even if they have a stunning face.

                  girls with very small breast growth and practically no body fat to play with..Nong Rat has
