Breast Implants... Like 'em?

What are your thoughts about tits - err - implants?

I like them anatomical(aka contoured or teardrop) & soft.

The round ones always look so unnatural, especially on small frames.

The "round" type look more like the silicone breast enhancers (falsies) trannies and flat chested females use to stuff their bra with, and really do not look good at all if implants are shaped as such. Breasts really do extend back up under the arm area and needs to fill in there as well to look more realistic. I have been thinking on getting saline implants, but keep backing out as there is really more to life than having large tits, and I have never had problems with the ones I have now or any complaints.

too firm= bad, or nipples pointing in wrong direction = bad
but i've seen some almost as good as real tits (not sure if its a mixture of silicon and collagen, or just a really good silicon job, or silicon mixed with natural fats already there)
to be honest i'm not a tit guy- as long as it looks natural its cool with me even without hormones tits.

when a girl tells me she's thinking of doing it i always get very nervous because most fake ones simply aren't good enough and therefore i'd rather they didn't do it (and make a mess of their bodies).

  In a way I can understand why a girl  -  and even more a T-girl  -  would want bigger tits.

But the simple fact is that there are many men that do really prefer small or even next to non-existant tits.

I agree most implants look like....  implants!
Though I must admit that the doctor that works in a very small clinic in Pratunam in Bangkok usually does an amazing job.
However I too wish that most of the girls did not mess up their bodies this way.

I like them visually, at least when they are properly shaped, as other BMs did enphasize.
Howere, when I touch, my passion for them starts sinking. Especially when I reach the edge of the "ball" and feeling the gap between the silicone under the skin and the body structure (bones or flesh/muscles). In some extreme cases you can almost sink part of your finger through the gap and and that doesn't make me feel so excited.
