Rentaghost's post seems to be highly improbable at first glance. But on the other hand, some ladyboys may want to be seen in the company of a "good looker" if for anything, to show off to their friends that they're capable of hooking some fine looking fish. Especially if the girl is plain looking and the guy is the other end of the scale. A sort of "getting face", which in important in the Asian context.
