Just want to raise a question, because I'm ignorant about it: - Is somebody knowingly carrying HIV or AIDS virus accountable to law if found out that a sex partner contracted the virus from him/her and wasn't informed by the carrier ?

Hopefully a very enlightening exchange to readers. There are a lot of people who have a false sense of reality and think ones that get it will do the right thing and disappear or otherwise act responsibly. This is just not true. Even if a bar tests, that's only going to tell you if they had HIV for long enough for it to be detectable. If it's the usual ELISA test, then there's no knowing whether they might have been infected in the previous 3 or 4 months. Even if it's the PCR test, then that would only tell you that they didn't have it up the point they did the test. Unless the bar is testing very frequently, you have the date of the test + the latency necessary for detection as the time during which you don't know if they got infected.

Unless you take her off to an island where it's just you, her, and the PCR test, you're not going to know. And that's just HIV.

No excuses for stupidity and self-delusion.

The current generation of ELISA tests is quite accurate after 6 weeks. After 8 weeks pretty close to 100% BUT the 3 month windows exists for the rare cases where antibodies can be found later.

PCR accurate after 2 weeks.

I can't hear all this anymore. Everybody knows the risks...

A thread like "I had a condom break, what now?" would be much more interesting.

Options:

1. Start praying, wait 2 weeks for pcr or 6 weeks for elisa (and anotherone after 12 weeks to be really sure). You should consider not fucking anyone until you get your test done. Talk to a doc what he thinks about doing a pep (Based on many different circumstances, if interested, google them)

2. Take your girl to a hospital, let her do a HIV test...

2.1. ... if it's negative, pray again that she didn't get it within the last 6 - 12 weeks. Well, back to 1. now.

2.2. ... if it's positive, start a pep immediately! And pray, pray, pray! And for fucks sake, stop fucking around!

3. Your girl refuses to get tested (She might have her reasons...).

3.1. Go back to 1.

3.2. Start a pep!

Considering an option including the pep... BE FAST!

edit: Forgot something: Get her tested for EVERYTHING, not just HIV. Why? Well, first of all, you might have caught something else, second: If she got something else the chances the you catch HIV (if she got it) are much higher!

Something else:

If the condom breaks (active part):

- Pull out your dick.

- Wash your dick.

- Try to piss!


If the condom breaks (passiv part):

- Let her pull out her dick carefully.

- Well, thats pretty much everything you can do.


If the condom breaks (passiv part) and you got jizz in your ass:
