If you are going to do this anyway whatever the opinions of the members of the board then I might suggest that you give serious thought to having Saline implants and NOT Silicone. More expensive, of course but what is your life worth to you? Silicon is bad news and is not recommended by surgeons in the U.S. anymore. My two cents then, keep them the way they are.

I don't like implants at all. As far as I could see you have nice hormone boobs already - so no need to do implants, except you want to stop with the hormons, then you might need an implant otherwise your boobs will shrink significantly. And I'm 100% with lipflipper: If you can afford it and if it's available please do only saline implants!

sorry Salma.....I agree with the other lads here, and especially lipflipper; if you MUST have them done, get the saline that all the thai's are getting now and not the silicone rip-off's. definately do NOT get the collagan that many PI girls get; many of those turn our pretty horrible and can even be lethal! as I am sure you know.

me, and the other guys that replied here, just like a handful, not those fake beach ball-looking boobs that so many girls get. I have seen yours [get yer minds out of the toilets lads] and they are perfect now, IMO

if you look at a few of the PI models that have had this done, it looks like one giant boob! bad idea....wait for the saline and pay a little more; MUCH more worth it! the collagan deals are bad news.....

I took a look at your Yahoo photos, You are beautiful... If you feel the need to change some that is so near perfect on the out side maybe something needs to be changed on the inside.

good on ya.every girl/woman i have known that acquired implants had their self confidence and self esteem boosted.however,saline seems to be the best and safest option these days.whilst we are on the subject of your body i have wondered about your legs.are they like table legs or stick pins ?.but no !aha!on yahoo you show a glimpse of shapely calves and maybe even solid thighs!please show us your legs(gams for the yanks who have language difficulties).your boobs big or small are acceptable.whats important are your legs baby,show us your legs.

there seems to be some confusion on the board. Silicon is by far the prefered implant type. Moreover, despite the continued belief that saline is safer, there is essentially no difference in safety between the two. It is ironic that dow corning went bankrupt due to the lawsuits over this when eventually it was proven that their implants were not in fact unsafe.
