this is news to me Chitown.....I would never pretend to be an expert on this subject as I actually prefer NO implants at all, but it seems as though the majority of the girls i talk to like the saline and they are all getting that now. when you ask them what they have they all say "gel". from what I have seen [and felt], the best are gel, and then silicone; the collagan shit in the PI is a disaster most of the time

I was waiting for someone else to point out that most recent "scientific" (as opposed to those paid for by attorneys) have confirmed there was nothing to the silicon scare of the 90's. Purely done to feed the class action lawyers' purses, and to feed the US public's appetite for something to worry about.

Web space is available all over the place for free and a second option is leasing space. Now if you have a broadband connection turning your computerinto a web server is easy also. Just do something and do it fast, the fan base will always support a T-Girl who conversates...

I am a strong supporter of implants. I would also suggest that you go with silicone because the result is much better. Also I would like to encourage you to go larger rather than smaller. I have know many who have gotten them only to wish they had gone a bit larger. Good luck

I am going to indeed get the implants the next couple of days and the only thing I can tell you guys is that it is not going to look large cause I don't want to look fake...and i just want a natural feminine shape to them
