How do LBs view their male genitalia?

I am surprised that my LBs in LOS do not feel repulsive about their male genitalia. Many are willing to play with it, to let others play with it, to joke about it or even to regularly climax with it.

A genuine transsexual has the greatest hatred for their own male genitalia and the only thing she ever thinks about is to get rid of it. The thought of it being touched or used in any means is totally off putting.

I am transgendered so I know very well. Despite I love men a lot and love sexual intercourse with men, it must strictly be done with me being treated 100% like a woman and being penetrated. Anything to do with my male member is totally disguisting and a big turn off.

I just wonder how many of the LBs in LOS are real transsexual (or are instead feminized gay men adopting a culturally accepted role of a LB).

Hope this is not too heavy a topic to bring up....just something I am very interested in......

I'd say it probably is a spectrum. Those that do perform with their appendages do so for 2 reasons - 1. their johns prefer them to (what's a lb to do?), 2. some are feminized gay men.
I know that's not answering your question, but that my take on it.

Rubbish. You obviously haven't met many transsexuals. Being a transsexual means many different things to many different people who consider themselves 'genuine' transsexual.

Don't try to make yourself out to be a 'true' transsexual when in fact you are just one person who just happens to be that way.

Being a transsexual doesn't make you an expert on transsexuals, either. I have grey hair... but I'm NOT an expert on the aging process!

I read the topic title and find it kinda odd to have it on this forum. Granted that it's on the Academic sub-forum but most of us wouldn't have much input other than, "Yeah, we like it." and "We like it big."

From my current limited experience, it certainly gels with what langchai suggested as a spectrum.

There are TS who don't like their cocks, there are those who are just fetishists about cross-dresssing and there are those who are just feminised gay men. Quite a broad spectrum. But who is to pigeon-hole them and say they don't quite meet the criteria for transsexuality?

First, don't mistake Thailand for the West...It's patently unfair to compare the two...They are worlds apart...The social institutions here and the cultural phenomenon here are much different then in the west...

Second, as SB as noted above, most BM's here only have contact with girls in the P4P industry...and that is only a very small percentage of the ladyboy population in Thailand...

Third, I firmly believe that the sociocultural forces at work in Thailand do contribute to the Ladyboy population...But that does not make it any less real to the girls or to the Thai society...

Fourth,  our definition of a ladyboy, is much different than theirs...Their definition includes those who we would definitely exclude...

Finally, grow a thick skin very quickly cause most all of the BM's here are gonna disagree with you, largely because they do not ever want to think that they just fucked a gay boy with tits and long hair...

I'm not a transsexual so it's not possible for me to know exactly what they do think about their genitals.

But I do suspect that it is wrong to say that a transsexual who is not repelled by their male genitals is not a 'genuine transsexual'.
Similarly I don't believe that all transsexuals find having their male genitals touched is disgusting.

Many of the most feminine of the girls I have met have expressed the wish to have SRS performed as soon as possible so they can become a 'real girl'.
But equaly there are other girls who have come to accept their situation and find pleasure in their sexuality.


I understand what you mean about being treated 100% like a woman during intercourse  -  but people's sexual triggers (turn-ons/turn-off's) vary hugely. Trying to define sexuality is like trying to describe the colour green.

Good question  -  I know of a couple of 'ladyboys' who really do fit more into the category of feminized gay men than they do transsexual.
However as Kahuna pointed out Thailand is a very different culture.
It's different even from most other parts of Asia as it's escaped some of the outside influences that nearly all the other countries have experienced.
A feminized gay man is a layboy in Thai perception.
