Mark Wiens is a popular food vlogger on Youtube has posted a recent video featuring 3 Chiang Mai Street Food vendors that are listed in the 2020 Michelin Guide.

Very inexpensive, and looks to be very tasty!

Chiang Mai food is somewhat different than other southern locations. Since it is not near the ocean you see more meat dishes like duck, chicken, pork and beef.
The food there still has the classic thai flavors and curries but not as quite as spicy as Isan but still plenty hot.
I had never heard of Thai sausages before but in Chiang Mai they were common, and good. This city's food is a change of pace from other parts of Thailand.
