That looks awesome!
There is always great stuff happening around Lumphini Park. I have been to the evening market and fair a couple times.

Will have to give it a try next time I visit - the reviewer really enjoyed it. Lumpini Park is a great place to visit - there are also monitor lizards living in the waters there (although not as big as the Komodo Dragons in Indonesia), they get plenty big enough.

Is this an all day things 7-24 or just in the noon times? What times and exactly where? Be there this winter. I have never thought to visit Lumpini Park. Just thought it was a place with nice gardens and komodo dragons. Those news reports about pedestrians being bitten by the dragons always makes me laugh. Only in Thailand. Now park, dragons, and food has piqued my interest. Will take lots of photos.

The reviewer said it opens at 6 am, he didn't specify a closing time, but probably around 6 pm.

There is food vendors around the park but i think the main food area there is on Rama IV road.
Every morning, as a procession of fitness freaks and marathoners-in-training circle the green oasis in the middle of sex-and-sin city, dozens of independent vendors set up food stalls in the area surrounding the park that extends from the sidewalk outside of entrance/exit 5 to the plaza just before entrance/exit 7, catering to early risers and the sweaty masses with and without exercise on their mind.
There used to be a night market in the park which i don't think happens anymore.
However there are many events and fairs in the park at night.
Last year we went to the Red Cross fair in Lumpini Park last year. It was very large and busy.
