Hi guys,
In the beginning I thought that my booking at the C&N was accepted,but seen that they decided to not reply at the final confirmation,I decided to search for a new hotel (and save cash). After a rathet short search I chosen the Sundowners saving about 100 Euro. They confirmed me the LB Friendly status and no joiner fee. The guesthouse is in the Soi Paradise, at 5 minutes walk from Bangla (last time I had a hotel at the same distande).
I hope this info will help somebody searching for a LB friendly hotel.
