Just ask to the one you want to fuck and she will lead you to a short time hotel 2 or 3 steps from her bar.

some are clean in the 300 or 400 b range with bath tube , big bed and a couple of free condoms.

For security reasons a few bars in Patpong have st rooms available inside at the moment.

there is a small hotel on Patpong II, you cant miss it, walking in the middle from Patpong I you turn left it´s on the right hand side. I made the mistake to let the ladyboy fix the price, I paid 500 Bhat ( about 200-300 too much
If I should go there one more time I ´ll go first to the receiption and fix the price and then come back mit my LB (or GG from starlight BJ Bar)

The ST hotel above King's Garden is ok. Does the trick. I am usually led there when taking a girl from KC3, probably cuz King's group owns it. Been a while though, things might have changed.
