in october. For Bangkok I have booked the Marriott which I know is very LB friendly. For Pattaya I am thinking about Areca Lodge. Does anyone have info regarding LB friendly.

You can get to your room if your in the back part of the hotel,without the walk of shame if that bothers you.
But they do insist on the id card from guests,which i think is in your interest for your guest to leave the id card at reception

I returned from Areca Lodge. And Yes is is VERY ladyboy-friendly.

No problems at all bringing guest (s) on my room. Only ID has to be left at desk. For the rest no extra fee, NO trouble.

January 2007 I certainly stay there again.

Stay there everytime I'm in Pattaya. Nice people, very convenient.
... and I don't think that there would be any problem in any Pattaya hotel even when you bring 3 monkeys in g-strings and high heels up to your room!

Yes the Areca is lb friendly and a very good hotel, the rates start about 1150baht for a standard room
