Pattaya Low End Housing

Best low end value I've found so far is the Up 2 U Apartments near the Pattaya Bay Resorts.

Even though they're all booked up right now I got to see a very nice fan room for 3000 baht plus water and electric.  AC would be 5000 plus water and elec.  No pool though.

To put this in perspective my teerak just changed rooms and is paying 2200 plus water and electric.  Her room is very spartan with a Thai toilet.

Up 2 U fone is 09-252-2938.  Ask for Jar or Bumi and if there's an opening jump on it.

Is this the one owned by the same guy who built the PBR? Have a word with Kim if you are still there and see if he can help you out as he has a block of apartments (but they are always chock a block and hard to get into.)
