Yes. Very few mid-range hotels in Pattaya are not.
But it is errrrr jaded...to be polite. Many more better choices around

Was planning to go Xmas to New year and it seemed to be available. i think other places may be boked out at that time. Any suggestions or ideas?

A good decision too is Intown Holiday in Soi 11 on second road. Price in Low Season was 500 Baht. Ithink also in High Season not too expensive. Is also a hotel which can be booked over german travel company (Neckermann).

I say go with the Pattaya Centre Hotel. Book on their website and you bring back as many LB'S as you can handle, no problem. It's has seen better days but they try to keep the place looking good. A lot of tour groups use this Hotel so that might be a negative for you. Great location though more than makes up for some of it's shortcomings. When I was hitting the Pattaya LB scene I always stayed there in one of the Panarama Suites.
