I like the location of the Sunshine Vista.  The Welkom Inn across the soi is a great place for a meal or a beer.

Hey Scorp, I assume it's guest friendly but I'ne never stayed there although I've stayed at Welkom Inn a few times.

Btw, you said in your post you wanted to be by Beach Road.
Pattaya is a great place but the beach really blows and some say the water is polluted with untrested sewage.

Sorry pigdogg, I meant not far from walking street. Last time I stayed in Pattaya center Hotel close to walking street. It was ok, but I would this time more upscale hotel and most important KITCHEN lol. So Sunshine vista is an ideal...

From Soi 3 you'll need to take a baht bus or mototaxi to Walking Street. I like Walking Street best at 2AM and at that time the baht bus is quick.

If the girl you picked up at midnight turns out to be a shortime, then shower hop on a baht bus down to walking street. Great feeling the baht bus speeding along in tropical breeze as you're searching for your second sex partner of the evening!

But you're a very short walk to Hi Boss. Soi 6, about five minute walk, is a haven for afternoon sex. Many girl bars in the area which may have a ladyboy.

Sunshine is less than a minute away fromtwo cheap thai massage places and also very close to two soapy places.
