been staying there twice,and will happyli stay there again,its centrally located,discreet,nice rooms,and cheap price.
normally i have paid apr. 2k a week for eletricity,but i also tend to let the aircon run a lot
i have been so lucky that i was placed in the A-lobby which seems to be the best,so if you book,try ask for that

Although there is a price list the actual prices quoted on arrival (if you can even book) will almost certainly be higher.

This place has a reputation for changing/upping/manipulating prices at every turn.

Once you are paid and inside you'll be happy with the place. The internet is always on and fast. The service is efficient...

But make sure you get your costs sorted up front if you stay there for any length off time...

Daily prices should include utilities and housekeeping service.

Weekly and monthly prices charge as following:

1. Electric 5.50 THB
2. Water 35 "
3. Cleaning 200 "
4. Set Bed sheets 55 "
5. Towel 15 "
6. Foot-towel 15 "
7. Hand-towel 10 "
8. Last day service 300 "

I stopped by a couple of weeks ago for a freind arriving around Christmas but they said they had nothing. Not sure if I said Dec or Christmas.

Maybe early Dec is different.

Or maybe they have rooms but not for me. When a place knows they will be filled up sometimes they will save some rooms for regulars that are easy to deal with knowing they will have no trouble renting out the room.

Steff, email me your arrival date and exact room type I will check again but I am not very hopeful.

Note there is a big difference in quality between 1 bedroom standard and 1 bedroom deluxe.

The best deals are being gobbled up quickly for peak season. i notcie a big difference between what wa savilable for peak season now compared to what was available for peak season a month ago.

Please note their website is not working and won't work for a long time probably, since there is a quarrel between the owner of Mosaik and the Webmaster.

I think I have it under control. Pigdogg has been helping me and will confirm my room tomorrow. I hope my experience at the Mosiak will offset the frustration I have experienced with them trying to do business. If it were not for Pigdogg there would be no business. Really fucking stupid on their part. Goodness!
