... lo season & hi season rates may need a new category, 'no season' if things dont pickup ther this winter.. if that's the case they can drop hi season rates all together & bring them back to reasonable rates when there's glut of vacant rooms available there now..  

..and what's with the "sauna room" (Pinewood Residences), if u need a sauna in Thailand get a room with no A/C & save money!
