BTW found a really nice long stay last evening with a fellow BM...An LK Group hotel named 19th Nineteen...On Soi 19 between Soi Buakhao and Pattaya 3rd Road near X-Cite Disco...10,000 baht or 11,000 baht with balcony per month...Brand new construction, large flat screen with cable, large laptop sized in-room safe, DSL, king size bed, etc...all electric and water included...No joiner fee for one or two or more...No soi dogs allowed though...
