R-Con Residence, Pattaya...

Hi lads,
has anyone any latest info on the R-Con residence ?
general info; ie nice cheap place to stay or not ?

all info gratefully received.

R-Con is ok and the front desk staff lead by Aoy are a good crew.
Location wise it is perhaps just a few hundred meters from being perfect. The larger, slightly more expensive corner rooms are the most desirable ones due to them having windows on two sides.

Only the one lift can be a bit of a nuisance some times.

Not expensive with all rooms being around the 1000 per night price range.....give or take a hundred or so.

it was yours DC & Kilome who wrote up about this place sometime ago and swayed me the budget traveller to look at this place.
The reason i ask for info was your post's were sometime back and wondered if others had more recent experience.
But knowing you and your standards i'm happy to have choose it

I looked at the R-Con again yesterday, prob my thisrd or fourth time. A good solid choice especaially low season discounted rates. High season monthly is 15K a month.

No pool and internet is an extra charge.
