OK...booked into this place yesterday. around 400metre down Soi 15 and between three building sites and a newly built Disco on the front that closes at 9am morning
Basically juts a pre fabricated box with no character but with a sky high price,
The aircon dont work, the toilet and shower look as if they were designed for an aircraft and there were a dozen perpex advertisements placed around the room for Tiffany show, Elephant Roast ,Go karts and similar . I just chucked the lot in a bucket and put outside the room
I paid 2500 but i think the rack rate or the Jap rate whatever its called is 4500 baht. If you want to know how a Canary feels then sit in one of these rooms for two hours
The reception said they hab many complaints from angry customers. I hope someone burns this place to the ground with the management locked inside .
