Does anyone know about guest policy at LK Renaissance Hotel Soi Diana Inn Have just booked for July because of building work behind Areca Lodge

As with all LK establishments it shall not be a problem and no fee is involved.
Top place to stay by the way and having had a full tour some of those suites are quite magnificent, certainly my chosen residence until further notice.

I know you can bring a ladyboy to your room and there's no joiner fee. I think that you're even both entitled to free breakfast if u wake up early enough.

Not sure the details of ID check and policy re threesomes.

I'm very impressed with the room (I never stayed there but visited a mate who did) and it's the place I recommend to my high end friends.

I was hanging at the pool with two Forum members and their ladyboy guests, staff was very friendly to us.

An excellent choice, especially with the low season rate of 1700 (less for those staying longer).
"Normal" Guest policy , no joiner fee, they collect ID.
Breakfast is included, ask for eggs if you don't see 'em

I was booked in at the Areca recently and yes there is Building work going on

I then set off to Samui to the Samui Jasmine Resort where there was also Building work going on  

Then off to Phuket to the Thara Patong Beach Resort and again Building work was going on  

Its just a good job I had my lass with me

Yes, long term construction is going on and will for a long time between Areca Lodge and Pattaya Bay Resort. Luckly many great choices in the area only a bit away.

LK is a very high end sexy hotel and has a sweet bathroom. Also a great pool on the mid roof area.
Another hotel is about 1 soi away from LK and is 700 per night. Its brand new with pool and internet and food on soi B side. It just opened in Jan 2008.

Both great choices. Depends on your budget.

You guys must be very light sleepers...

I just spend a couple nights at the PBR in a room on the 7th floor facing front and could only hear the construction if I opened the slider...

And if the noise bothers you when staying at the Areca, the LK Renaissance is only a few steps away on the same Soi...

Location wise its Renaissance...haven't stayed at the others.

BTW, Renaissance has a jacuzzi bathtub in each room.

I am confused. I though the LK Metropole was just opposite Areca, 100 m further towards 3rd road??
