If you stay at the Majestic suites, reasonably priced, you can use the pool at their other hotel, Majestic Grande with no extra charge, done that many times.

The Landmark Hotel, often overlooked, has I think the best pool of all. There is a quite huge sun deck. 11th floor. You can likely just walk in without someone stopping you. You can see Nana Plaza from the pool.

The Landmarks GM used to be a cross dresser as well according to the guy I know who used to be one his managers - when found out - suddently his desk was cleared

What about the Chateau De Bangkok - saw an ad in the BKK post saying Studios for 2999b Incl and nice pool on the roof with virtually no shade AND a doubel sized Jacuzzi in the room. Nice property in Soi Rumrudee which is basically opposite the Majectic Grande on the other side of the expressway.

                Cheers

Ruamchitt Plaza Sukumvit Soi 15 BKK has a pool on the roof. Quite a few of ATS earlier photo shoots appear to have been done up there. Gets the sun all day.
