Nana Hotel isn't the best choice in the area. Too close to NEP for my liking.
There is many hotels in the Nana area that will let you take multiple ladyboys to your room. Some charge a fee for the second one, some charge no fee, it varies. Seems unusual the Nana Hotel wouldn't allow this, they must have had problems.
There is always short time rooms if your hotel is difficult.
The Marriott Nana doesn't even check who you bring back, you are on the honor system there which is unusual for Bangkok. It is also very expensive so maybe they feel their customers can cover any issues. I have never stayed there though.

They don't charge a joiner fee for guests, so both were free. Not sure how many they would allow.

This hotel is now called Park Royal Suites.
