Here is one of the new hotels I saw walking down Sukumvit Soi 11. This one is the Eleven Avenue Suites. The link in the previous sentence will take you to the hotel home page. It just recently opened and is still offering promotional rates. So far the reviews on Trip Advisor and Agoda have been quite positive. The drawback is that most rooms don't have windows except those facing onto Soi 11. If you're a light sleeper, it can be a bit noisy as it is a busy road with traffic most hours of the day, and many sidewalk bars/restaurants at night.
I am attaching a photo of the front entrance, while the home page shows the rooms. The grand opening rates look attractive with rates from 1159 Baht for a queen size bed twin room to 1379 Baht for a King Size Deluxe big enough for 2 adults and a child. Unfortunately it doesn't say much about amenities like free wifi, etc. However the listing on Agoda does have the details - free wifi in room and public areas,
