a number of LBs have told me the staff at Nana don't make them feel very welcome or comfortable there (but they are allowed in)
other than that, it's located right outside NEP, has good late night food in the cafe, is priced ok (but not a bargain either) and has very dated rooms. It is a bit of a mongering institution and might be interesting to stay there once, I suppose. Personally, I would rather the Dynasty Inn across the road for similar moneyNo honey, no money!!

Nana is allegedly an institution, but so is Broadmoor...and I wouldn't want to stay there either ! Kidding aside, I stayed at Majestic Suites last trip and can recommend. This coming November I'm booked in at Aspen Suites on the advice of a friend. It's pretty new and I got a pretty good rate through Expedia (of all places). You men eat your dinner, eat your pork and beans
I eat more chicken, than any man ever seen, yeah, yeah

I'd be embarrassed to bring a ladyboy back there. Basically; you are saying that you are a 'cheap charlie' with the sophistication of a soccer fan.
But if you are on a budget and were blessed to be born without the 'shame' gene then it's perfect.

In Feb a mate of mine staying at the Nana shouted a room for me for 3 nights. After the first night I was out of there even though it was free
Nan (Guess) staying with me at the time would not even walk on the carpet without footwear.
It is quite definitely an absolute shit pit.

I stayed there one night in 1979 & swore if I ever have money I would always want to stay somewhere as classy.
Look at what a lack of upkeep has caused...
If only the owners better understood the need to maintain their premises,
we might be rushing to book the place instead of rushing to rubbish it.Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.
