Shame about the crappy website. Obviously designed by either a Philippine or a Jap! (Turn DOWN your volume control before you click on the link in the post above!)

No word on how 'Guest Friendly' it is...

as i say i got it through asia rooms a lot cheaper with instant confirmation. The rooms are nice.

Was for sure guest friendly in the GG sense as i took some with me, not sure about LB sense but probably ok.......

Looks great, but personally find soi 23 just a bit far out.
seriously pig headed, arrogant, double standard smart ass poster!

i used to think so too, KL.
just too far from the heart of everything at Nana
but i recently stayed a few nights at The Key hotel on soi 19 (new hotel, LB friendly, small, but nice rooms, usually 2500 baht and up, but off-season and latestays.com deals can cut that by at least a third) and the long walk or one-stop BTS or 60 baht taxi in the rain didn't really bother me at all.
and it semi-forced me to spend at least one evening hanging on soi cowboy, which was not bad fun for a change.
