good value lb friendly hotel

before everyone tells me to do a the search
i would say things change so much in pattaya
what i am looking for is
a handy location and swimming pool
last october i stayed in the jasmine
this time i am thinking off returning to sunshine
or hide away in the flipper house
any feedback would be great
