  • Up to the minute report on the new "Special Tourist Visa". ...Seems a bit expensive so far...

Looks like between the 14 day quarantine and pre paying for a minimum of a 90 day hotel stay...AND the cost of your flight...it now costs about $4000-$5000
    just to arrive in BKK...
Might be better off flying into Cambodia and just sitting tight until the borders re-open...Cambodia has no quarantine if you test negative at the airport

        That is the old tests.
Cambodia must have invested in the early testing technology.

That’s exactly the kind of covid19 test I had. I thought they were getting a sample of brain tissue. After they do one nostril, you know what’s coming with the second nostril.

This is from 22 Oct. Apparently it will start at CIA and Coutts in Nov as a trial. They don’t say where the 2 day quarantine is. With the 14 day one you can catch a connecting flight to your final destination then 14 day quarantine. My guess is you can continue on. I highly doubt they will have quarantine trailers at the Coutts border crossing.

After 911 the USA set up a immigration check for people coming back to Canada at the Coutts crossing. So you had to do customs check twice coming back from the USA. So I wouldn't put anything past them. Montana has a democrat governor so they might put you in a concentration camp.

Considering the Liberal Party of Canada’s history with interment camps from WW II, this time only white people will be interred....lol

Yes they will be for people with Covid, people not wearing masks, and people with unpopular political opinions.
Canada's Pandemic will probably go on for years. Hiding in our igloos like a bunch of chumps.
Masks are now the symbol of subservience to our leaders.

Oh yes they are in your face, pun intended, everyday as a reminder.

Hopefully that 2 day covid quarantine test is a success.

Mexico or somewhere in the Caribbean looks like the best bet for a winter get away. From you other post Cabo looks like a good bet. Never been there.

Yeah but Sammy Hagar is afraid to go to his own bar as he cancelled his birthday party on October 17.
Probably not the best idea to hit the Cabo Wabo Cantina at my advanced age right now.

Still nothing is stopping me from going to Cabo St Lucas and drinking tequila with shemales, I suppose.
This tequila may promote long life.

Well there's a catch to visiting Thailand... a Smart Band. ...
okay so there's a description in there that says if the wearer's body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius, emergency services will be notified! What the fuck! Can you imagine banging away and all sudden there's an ambulance attendant at your door because you overheated while hammering away at a nice piece of asss....

National – Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, in collaboration with Thai startup companies, is developing a “Smart Band” and its application to be used for tracking foreign tourists who would visit Thailand during the Covid-19 global pandemic. What ridiculous panic. I guess they don't want tourists.
They barely have any deaths and didn't really even have a Pandemic.
                              Now this? Are they crazy?

This is their dream to track tourists with a device.
Shouldn't Thai citizens have to wear it too?
Just doesn't seem right. Who will want to do this?
No hot tubs, saunas or direct sunlight.

You could cut it off and stick it in the backseat of a taxi.
Then the band would seem to be moving around all the time.

Any person can see it the death rate is plummeting.
                              What next a vaccine passport?
