Like boats? I always hear and read about this annual boat show in Jomtien. Must be a good show. In Hawaii there is NO boat show ever. Probably lots of Aussies and sailing is indeed big time. Remember seeing a boat called "The Other Woman." Sails were automatically wound up by a spinning mast. Easy peasy. Takes a lot of money to buy and maintain such a prize boat. Even more expensive hiring and keeping them paid even though the owner doesn't sail every day. You should see Larry Ellison's huge yatches stationed in Honolulu Harbor after he bought the exclusive Lanai property from another billionaire who was losing money. For Larry it is a convenient tax break. What a fantastic guy. Even won the America's Cup even after the New Zealand opponent was only one win away from victory. Then NZ won it back the next year. Always good that America loses once in a while otherwise it gets boring.
